My Hydro Jet Water heater not functioning

I have a brand new Hydro Jet water heater installed in 2006, and since last January, it ceases functioning from time to time. When I press the re-set button, and it starts working, but after 1-2 days it again stops. It provide very cold water right now. Winter is coming ! How can I solve this problem. Please help.

Only one year old already busted it flooded my basement water leaked from all over the tank worst product in the market

We have a hydro jet at work...The same thing happens...I am going to change the heating elements it fixed it last time.

I would like to get more comments on my report, and names, dates of purchase, and any experiences with communication with the company sold this item.

I am thinking of initiating a 'class action.'

I have the same problem as Patrick it stays on sometimes for a couple of days and then trips the red button thanks. Don

WOW, is this what I have to look forward to? The Hydro Jet we have is loud and makes the house vibrate. I loose 6 quarts of water before it gets hot. Really, I let the water run in a bucket to measure how much water is wasted before it gets warm...and this was in the summer.
