Failed after 2.5 years.

Our BW hot water heater failed after a couple of years. BW refused to help in any way. Do NOT use if you have a water softener and/or calcium chloride in your water.
They also wil not reimburse your plumber for his time.

Horrible product--don't buy

Our Bradford White 50 gal. electric failed within 2 months as we had to replace the thermostat and a heating element. Parts and labor was $135 not covered under warranty. Now at 16 months of service it is leaking. Total cost for this hot water heater including labor has been $1030 for 16 months of service--pathetic. At this point I don't trust their warranty which does not cover labor so I will have to replace with another brand.
