BUYER BEWARE!! BRADFORD WHITE

I had a brand new Bradford White HydroJet (WV8840A1000) installed 6 years ago and have had nothing but problems. Today I woke up to my third water leak since this horrible product was installed. I had a professional plumber to come out instead of theirs this time because I have totally lost all confidence in this company. The plumber stated that I have a very bad water leak coming from the GAS LINE of the Honeywell part on the unit.

How does that happen?? That is not normal wear and tear; not to mention the serious safety issues involved and additional damage resulting from WATER IN A GAS LINE. Wouldn't you know it??

When I called the warranty department, she stated that my warranty had just ended 3 months prior; So they know how long their crappie products will last.Then I read all of the complaints listed to ConsumerAffairs and wondered if I'm still just wasting my time.

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY BRADFORD WHITE PRODUCTS. Customer service rep was a joke also. Very nonchalant and unconcerned.
